WATER SYSTEM

The design of sanitary systems is a daily commitment for the Studio Protecno, these facilities supply hot and cold sanitary water, water drainage, gas supply fuel, distribution of medical gases and similar, and water for the irrigation.

The heart of the hydro-sanitary work, meaning the hydro power plant, is designed in compliance with the regulations on the maintenance of the characteristics of water purity. It also provides water treatment systems (filtration, softening, desalination with reverse osmosis), in order to limit corrosion and / or encrustation (as specified in the laws in force in the field of energy efficiency, by Presidential Decree 412/93 of Presidential Decree 59/2009 passing by Legislative Decree no. 192 and 311), and in order to limit the formation and proliferation of bacteria such as Legionella pneumophila .

The design of drained systems of used water, focuses also on noise reduction. The drainage networks are dimensioned according to the good rule of art and in compliance with both national and the local authority regarding delivery into sewer.

The gas supply systems are the subject of particular attention in relation to the safety regulations in force . In this regard, refresher training is constant.
The frequency of projects carried out by Studio Protecno in hospital activity, has formed a valuable body of knowledge also in the field of distribution systems for medical gases (oxygen, breathing air, nitrous oxide, compressed air, carbon dioxide).
