The project involves the renovation and expansion of a major office complex in Milan, with a total covered area of approximately 55,000 square meters. The building's redevelopment follows minimal interventions that integrate with the existing structure, maintaining continuity with the geometric and formal principles that originally shaped it. The 7th floor will be transformed from a plant room to office space, and the only addition to the existing volume is the construction of the 8th floor, partly designated for offices and partly for technical spaces. The square, however, has been redesigned with the aim of bringing it entirely to ground level, making it pedestrian-friendly with two new entrances from Viale Pirelli and Viale dell'Innovazione. At the center, a new structure, a flexible and multifunctional pavilion, will serve as an autonomous and focal element, restoring the square's role as a central meeting place.
