This project concerns a new building used as a RSA (nursing home) with 240 beds. The building will be built with a reinforced concrete 
frame system and masonry infill, the structure will be insulated with an external thermal coat. The envelope will be energy efficient 
and comply with the provisions of the Ministerial Decree of 26 June 2015 ("Minimum requirements decree"). The buildings underconstruction are two, both of category E.3 according to Presidential Decree 412/93 with a number of beds equal to 120 beds each. 
Each building will consist of four floors above ground: ground, first, second and third floors. Gas and drinking water will be supplied 
by the public distribution network and accounted for via a meter.
