The building object of the design has as its main destination the hospital-type environment, in particular as a rehabilitation clinic. 
It consists of a basement with a prevalent use for technical rooms, including the transformation cabin, the UPS room, the data center, 
the air treatment rooms, the thermal plant and the Morgue area. From two floors above ground intended for medical activity with hospital 
rooms, clinics and premises for rehabilitation recovery activities.
For the new volumes the regulation of the microclimate of surgeries, hospital rooms and support rooms will be implemented by means ofprimary air with 2 spare parts per hour (with humidity regulation) and integration with radiant ceiling panels with low water circulationtemperature and low energy consumption.
