The building is divided into 2 main compartments, one of which is used for pharmaceutical logistics. 
Logistics has been divided as follows from a technological point of view:Warehouses:Air conditioning and ventilation system: Roof-top unit and ducted distribution.Offices:Air conditioning system: VRV with heat recovery and radiant floors;Ventilation system: Rooftop with function of air treatment unit and ducted distribution;Water supply systems: Water plant with cold water pressurization and localized domestic hot water production with heat pump systems and electric water heaters;Drainage systems: Sewage drainage network with connection to the external network.Pharmaceutical workshop and ancillary roomsPharmaceutical workshop air conditioning and ventilation system: single flow air treatment unit with absolute filtration and multipurpose unit for AHU battery power supply;Accessory room air conditioning system: VRV with heat recoveryaccessory room ventilation system: Air handling unit with hydronic heat recovery and multi-purpose unit for AHU battery power supply;Water supply systems: Cold water from the water plant and domestic hot water produced with electric water heaters;Drainage systems: Sewage drainage network with connection to the external network.hazmat:Air conditioning system: Double ducted VRV systems (in redundancy);Air extraction system: boxed extractor and ducts.Forklift charging roomAir extraction system: ATEX boxed extractor and ducts.
