The intervention in question consists of the new headquarters of the internal training school, Training Center - of Just Italia S.p.a. 
in Grezzana (Verona), one of the European leaders in personal and home care products. The building consists of an existing office buildingconsisting of three floors above ground, and a newly built conference room located on the ground. The congress center has 346 seats plusanother 12 seats reserved for speakers, the room can in turn be divided into 3 parts. Each of the three rooms was heated and cooled 
independently from the others by means of a direct expansion heat pump system with Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) with ducted indoorunits installed inside the false ceiling. The primary air was treated by means of air handling units placed on the roof and introduced 
into the environment through a network of ducts and diffusers.
A Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) system was designed for the common areas and offices with cassette-type indoor units installed in thefalse ceiling and an air exchange system.
