The present project describes the plant interventions planned for the building called "Ex Carcere XXX Maggio," located on Via XXX Maggio in the municipality of Peschiera del Garda (VR). The building will undergo a complete renovation, with a change in its intended use to become a hotel. The hotel will consist of 111 hotel rooms and a commercial area. There will be no natural gas service provided to the entire building. The mechanical interventions outlined in this project include:

• Thermal refrigeration plant
• Water supply system
• Summer and winter air conditioning system
• Air handling system
• Plumbing and sanitation system
• Black and grey water drainage system
• Irrigation system
• Fire protection system

Of particular importance in the electrical part of the project is the supervision system. The main reception will control the occupancy status of each room from the supervision system, allowing for the management of cleaning schedules throughout the day. The supervision system will also control the lighting system, enabling the creation of various lighting scenarios in the corridors and monitoring the status of various alarms. It will also oversee the status of cameras and fire detection. The room cards will have the capability to store additional in-house services.

The lighting circuits will be activated by power contactors installed in their respective electrical panels. The contactors in common areas will be managed by the supervision system.
