The building in this design consists of 10 floors above ground and one basement level, with each floor covering approximately 460 sqm. Adjacent to the structure is a single-story building of about 110 sqm, designated as the 'clubhouse'. The project is completed by outdoor landscaping, including an access road, parking areas, and a green space surrounding the complex.

The complex will be served by 4 propane heat pumps for the production of domestic hot water (DHW), paired with 4 storage tanks. Climate control will be managed via a VRF system consisting of 19 outdoor condensing units. Additionally, a solar thermal system and a condensing boiler will be connected to water heaters to provide DHW for the guest rooms and the kitchen.

The mechanical room, located in the basement with direct outdoor access, will house the DHW storage tanks, general accumulation tanks, and electric pumps. The propane heat pumps will be installed in a dedicated ground-floor outdoor enclosure, while the 19 outdoor units for the VRF system will be positioned on the roof.
