From 31/12/2022, the table relating to the number of lightning strikes / square km to be used for calculating the assessment for verifying
the protection of buildings has been updated.
According to Legislative Decree 81/08 Art. 29 paragraph 3, the employer has the obligation to update the risk assessment, or check whether
or not the value of lightning / year has increased in the area of ​​his pertinence. If it has not increased, do not further intervention is
needed while if it is increased it is necessary to evaluate whether the building is still self-protected or protected with the protections
already present.
