The new F-Gas Decree, D.P.R. 146 of 16/11/2018 entered in full force in effect last January 24th! It implements the EU Regulation
517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and repeals the EU Regulation 842/2006 and the previous D.P.R. 43 of 27/01/2012.
Here are the highlights:
- regulates the establishment and management of a data bank for the collection and storage of information on sales of fluorinated
greenhouse gases and equipment pursuant to art. 6 of EU Reg. 517/2014, as well as the maintenance, installation, repair and dismantling
of said equipment;
- with the creation of the Database, the Registry of the paper equipment and the portal for annual communication to ISPRA
(Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research) will no longer be available;
