The Technical Commission CIG - Italian Gas Committee - has published the national standard
UNI 8723: 2017 "Gas systems for the professional hospitality of the community and similar - Design, installation and commissioning".
The new technical standard withdraws and replaces the previous edition in 2010.
The UNI 8723 defines the criteria for the design, installation and commissioning of the plants built for the professional hospitality
of the community and the like, which use combustible gases belonging to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd family as defined in UNI EN 437 and are
powered by referred to UNI 9165 and UNI 10682 distribution network.
