The new Fire Prevention Control Decree will be published in the Official Gazette on 25/09/2021 and will come into force on 25/09/2022;
working groups also formed by representatives of the National Fire Brigade and the Ministry of Labor have drawn up three decrees, 
which embrace as a whole the issues already in place of the D.M. 10/03/1998, they will replace it.
