It has been issued a clarification by ENEA regarding the Diagnostic compulsory Energy in accordance with Italian Law D. Lgs. 102/2014. Companies subject to the requirement are required to pass the diagnosis along with all the required documentation within and not later than 22 dicember 2015; the end of the 05.12 remains unchanged for the inspection required for the activity.
