Energy Diagnosis and ISO 50001, from the MiSE 15 million for SMEs

Announcement 2017 calls for autonomous Regions and Provinces to submit programs to support the implementation of energy diagnosis
in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and to make their energy consumption more efficient. The initiative, envisioned by
the transposing rules of the Energy Efficiency Directive, came to the third edition, with the ministry allocating, in the two previous
years, about 18 million euros. The 2017 call provides additional autonomous regions and autonomous provinces with additional
€ 15 million for the co-financing of new programs to stimulate energy audits in SMEs or the adoption of energy management systems
compliant with ISO 50001. The initiative is promoted in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment and the protection of the
territory and of the sea. The deadline for submitting the programs is set at 30 November 2017.
