It was published on 17.10.2017 the Circular Tax no. 05/17 as draft bill of budget law 2018.
The 65% energy bonus is confirmed, which, however, falls to 50% for investments in infissi and condensing boilers or biomass.
Instead, in the bill, there is no trace of the extension for 50% building renovation. A new green bonus is introduced:
up to a maximum of € 5,000.00 and 36% will be made easier, the costs incurred for restructuring and irrigation of green areas
(including condominiums) and expenses incurred for covering green terraces and hanging gardens.
