The Budget Law n.232/16 confirmed:
• deduction 65% for the energy requalifications of existing buildings.
• deduction 50% for restructuring and interventions aimed at energy saving in buildings existing residential.
The Milleproroghe Decree has postponed two obligations of law:
• to 30 June 2017 the thermoregulation and accounting of the centralised plants,after verification of the effectiveness of the intervention in terms of cost and energy savings can be achieved.
• 2018 the increase from 35% to 50% of the share of renewable energy sources to predict,to cover the needs of thermal energy,in new buildings or subjected to significant restructuring thermal.,in new buildings or subjected to significant restructuring.
