Arrival in the national action plan to increase the buildings at energy almost zero (PANZEB) containing intermediate objectives for improvement of the energy performance of new buildings and financial measures to promote them.
The rule will implement the DLG 192/2005, updated with the DL 63/2013, which provides that before 31 December 2020 all new buildings are energy to almost zero.
