The 58-word glossary agreement was reached in yesterday's unified conference, containing a detailed list of construction interventions
that can be carried out without having to request authorizations or submit communications. A list, not exhaustive, but which simplifies
the recognition of those works that can be carried out without any qualification, obviously in compliance with the provisions of town
planning instruments and industry regulations, such as the earthquake, fire prevention, sanitary, protection standards of cultural
heritage and landscape.
Therefore, that of free construction works is only a first part of the glossary. In the coming months we will proceed with the completion
of the single glossary, which will also include building works that can be achieved through Cila, Scia, building permits and Scia as an
alternative to building permits.
