An important Large Food Distribution Company has commissioned the typology design of a Food Logistics so we can use our designstandard for various projects. Regarding the production of energy for heating, the project is to recover the condensing heat of the refrigeration unit refrigeration plant. Such a plant in the winter season will have to work in parallel with a heat pump that suffers from the power failure deliveredby the recovery system at times when the outside air temperature is more rigid. In the summer season, the recovery plant will haveto guarantee the production of domestic hot water, the afternoon heating of the UTA and the heating of the firing system of the frozencells (ground defrosting).
