The lot used for the intervention in question is located in Carmagnola and will serve as a warehouse for the storage, conservation anddistribution of food products of an important chain of the large-scale retail trade.
The project envisaged the heating of the areas under frozen cells and under frozen anti-cells by means of radiant floor systems.
The purpose of the aforementioned systems is to avoid freezing of the underlying ground, which could cause damage to the screeds due tothermal expansion.
The entire building, at the end of construction, will be LEED Italy certified; all our plant design has followed the relative protocolto obtain this important result.
